The Princeton Theater Group with our event sponsor Parlor 909 presents a two-night-interactive viewing of the classic 1975 film The Rocky Horror Picture Show. (Rated R – adult themes). Costumes are encouraged; interactive prop bags ($10.00) are available for pre-purchase. See approved prop list here. Before the show, take a selfie at our photo booth, and there will be a quick pre-show lesson on the “Time Warp.” The audience participation callbacks and props cues will be directed during the screening. Snacks, drinks, and novelties will be on sale at the venue. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the theater.
The Princeton Theater Group is happy to be partnering with a number of local businesses to start the Rocky Horror festivities early, beginning on Oct. 3 with Trivial Night at the Barrel Society and Specialty Drinks. Sign up your team of 2 to 6 for Rocky Horror Trivia Night by messaging the Barrel Society on Facebook or Instagram. ALL questions for Trivia will be Rocky Horror related, as they directly support the theatre’s upcoming screening! There will be a Rocky Horror Themed Cocktail, costumes are highly encouraged, and the grand prize is FOUR TICKETS to either the 10/20 or 10/21 production!
The fun continues Oct. 6 at Coal Creek Brewing with special décor as they prepare a special one off batch brew. Then keep your eye’s pealed for Oct. 13 and Emerald Tablet Collaborative flash sale, and Witches Night Out Festivities at the Theater. Stop by the theater for a fun novelty item, practice the Time Warp, and take a photo with Fran-N-Furter. The box office will be open for purchase of tickets and propbags. Raffle tickets will be available for our Peru partner Chaos and Curiosities’ donation of gift basket filled with Rocky Horror themed items ($60-80 value).
