Ticket & Seating Policies

No refunds will be given for purchased tickets and payment must be received at time of reservation. Patrons may exchange their tickets for a gift certificate up to one hour before a performance. No gift certificates will be given for tickets past the date of performance.

Festival 56 will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities in all of its programming. Special requirements are requested through our box office two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Please be aware that there is no late seating in the Grace Performing Arts Center.

Parents of very small children are asked to be considerate of the actors and audience. Only bring children to the theatre if you are confident that they can sit quietly for the entire performance.
